When purchasing from our webshop, it is possible to register, and need to accept purchase-related, shipping-related, payment-related terms and conditions, the GTC (General Terms and Conditions) acceptance. Before submitting your order, please double-check your data for accuracy and ensure that your email inbox has enough storage space. If incorrect data or an invalid email address is provided, we will not be able to send confirmation. If you do not find our email in your inbox, please also check your SPAM folder.
The order consists of 8 simple steps:
1. Register on our website if you wish (top right of the homepage).
2. From the top menu on the homepage or the left-hand side menu, select the product category and then the products. When selecting products, you can navigate using the filters on the left based on product attributes.
3. Set the quantity of the product you wish to order.
4. Add it to the cart.
5. If you wish to order another product, repeat the previous steps and continue shopping.
6. Once you have placed all desired items in the cart, you can open the cart in the top right corner. Here you can modify your order (“View all”), or proceed to checkout. If you would like to use a coupon, please make sure to use the “Add Coupon” dropdown field!
7. Fill in the order form, then click the CONTINUE button.
8. To finalize your order, click the “Submit Order” button. We will only receive your order by pressing this button. Before clicking the button, you are free to review the information at any time.
After this, we will send you an order confirmation. The confirmation emails are not always sent immediately, but after verification and in the order in which the orders are received. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please let us know. Please also check your SPAM folder.
In the confirmation email, we will list the ordered product(s), their prices, the shipping cost, the total amount, as well as the General Terms and Conditions availability.
Please always check the details you provided at the time of ordering in our confirmation email. If any information appears to be incorrect, we will attempt to contact you to notify you of the issue.
Order modification and cancellation:
You may cancel your order at any time by sending an email to info@hammertimecafe.hu. There is no possibility to modify the order. Further information about this here you can read.
Order processing:
Order processing is carried out in real time. Customer service operations are available from Tuesday to Friday between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM. On Mondays, Tuesdays, Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and non-working days, orders are not always processed.
You can also place your order outside the specified order processing hours. Orders placed during and outside of working hours will be confirmed within 48 hours at the latest. If you do not receive a confirmation within 48 hours, please let us know. Always check your SPAM folder.
