Personal pickup
The ordered goods can be picked up in person by the customer at the premises of HammerTime Cafe Kft. (HammerTime Cafe, 1091 Budapest, Üllői út 111.).
Delivery by courier service
The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the ordered products. You can read about these values in our General Terms and Conditions. Shipping costs start from 2900 Ft and are calculated per package. We deliver within Hungary and to the European Union countries specified in the GTC.
Unlike our other delivery methods, GLS home delivery also allows for placing international orders.
Within GLS home delivery, we offer shipping to the following countries:
Hungary, Slovenia, Austria, Czech Republic, Romania, Croatia, Poland, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Denmark, France, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Spain, Sweden, Estonia, Greece, Portugal, Finland, Malta, Cyprus.
It is important to note that the shipping fee applies per package. If the ordered items require multiple packages to be shipped, we will contact the customer.
Please note that the system can send SMS notifications only to Hungarian phone numbers.
We carefully try to pack all products ordered with courier delivery. Whenever possible, we also take individual packaging requests into account, but we cannot guarantee that these can always be fulfilled. If you notice any external damage on the parcel at the time of delivery, please do not accept the shipment! If there is no visible damage to the parcel but the contents inside are damaged, please write to us at info@HammerTimeCafe.hu and attach photos of the packaging, the courier label on the parcel, and the damaged product(s). After this, we can begin the replacement process.
If the customer does not accept the package and it is returned to us, we can resend the shipment only after the new shipping fee has been paid. In such cases, only bank transfer or card payment is available.
The courier service typically collects the prepared packages from us for delivery within 1–3 business days.
We send the ordered goods as a parcel via courier service. Based on our experience, domestic delivery takes 24–48 hours. In other specified countries, delivery times may vary. We dispatch the package after the products have arrived to us. For orders with a total weight exceeding 40 kg, we will contact the customer, as the shipping costs may change.
It is also possible to use delivery via Magyar Posta Logisztika (MPL) within Hungary, with fees identical to those of our other delivery partners and their home delivery options. This type of home delivery can be arranged by email at the info@hammertimecafe.hu email address. Please make sure that the subject line of the email includes your order number and the phrase “MPL szállítás igénylése”. If the subject line does not meet these requirements, we will not be able to process the request.

It is very important to note that arrivals may differ from the time intervals mentioned above. We have no influence over the delivery time, except when the product is in our stock. More information about the handling of in-stock products can be found in the relevant section of the GTC.
