You’ve come to the perfect place, as community building is the main goal of HammerTime Cafe. Because of this, we have created and continue to create a large amount of online material, and we also regularly organize beginner-friendly and introductory learning days.
It’s worth starting with the basics of tabletop wargaming on the Hungarian Warhammer Community page , and then coming to a Warhammer 40,000 Beginner Day at HammerTime Cafe! You can find our events on our Facebook page!
The easiest option is to type the exact name or product code into the search bar at the top. Of course, it’s not always that simple — we all know that — so we’ve written a few steps to show you how to use our webshop in the most efficient way. 🙂

Our webshop indicates exactly which products are in stock and which are not. “In stock” means that one or more units are currently available. Any product marked as “Available to order” is not in stock and must be ordered from our supplier. Orders are processed by our website in real time, and products are allocated to orders based on stock levels. We fulfill orders in the order they are received. All products listed in the webshop are available for purchase, and they can be ordered through the webshop. After placing your order, once the items have been allocated to it (either from current stock or a later shipment), we will notify you via a confirmation email regarding the pickup of your products.
For personal pickup orders that have been fully completed (meaning all items have arrived) but have not been collected within 1 month, we will contact the customer to ask when they intend to pick up their order. If the pickup does not take place, or if we do not receive a response within 5 working days, the customer will receive the value of their order back in the form of a coupon. The products included in the order will be automatically released for sale, and the order will be closed. This policy is intended to prevent customers from having to pay storage fees for orders that remain uncollected for a long time.
The arrival of ordered products is influenced by several factors. These include the manufacturer of the product, the manufacturer’s processing time, the supplier’s processing time, and the shipping times of the delivery companies. If an item in your order is not in our stock (meaning it is not marked as “in stock”), its arrival time depends on our supplier and the product’s manufacturer. Orders are checked in real time to determine whether any items are available in stock and can be allocated to them.
Based on our experience, products from Games Workshop and Army Painter typically arrive within 1–5 weeks after the order is placed. (Important! Since early 2023, the arrival of Games Workshop products has been inconsistent, so the delivery time may be longer. Due to the manufacturer’s slow processing, we wrote an open letter, which you can read here..)
Based on our experience, Vallejo products usually arrive within 1–8 weeks from the time the order is placed. If the products are undergoing reproduction, the delivery time may increase.
Ordering Green Stuff World products works a bit differently, because we need to accumulate orders up to a minimum value threshold (of course, items that are already in stock are allocated to orders as usual within a short time). This means that until this minimum threshold is reached, we cannot place the order with the manufacturer, and therefore the completion of the order may take more than 30 days.
Since it is possible that the manufacturers of the products listed in our webshop may reproduce certain items, the waiting time can increase. Therefore, in general, the fulfillment of orders may extend beyond 30 days depending on these circumstances.

It is possible that the manufacturer does not inform the supplier — and therefore the supplier does not inform us — that certain products are undergoing reproduction, which can delay their arrival time. If we do receive information about this, we will notify the customer about the issue.
At HammerTime Cafe (1091 Budapest, Üllői út 111.) you can pick up your orders in person, or choose delivery via GLS home delivery, GLS parcel point, or GLS parcel locker.
Yes, this is the only payment method available when purchasing through our webshop.
Don’t worry — we have received your order and have processed it or begun processing it. If we had to order the product from the manufacturer, we will only notify you if the supplier informs us that the product will NOT arrive. If you do not hear from us, it means your ordered item is on its way. If an item in your order arrives, our system will automatically notify you by email.
It’s possible that you have already received a response, but your email provider placed it in the spam folder. Please check your spam folder for messages from info@hammertimecafe.hu. If we need to order the product or products for your order, fulfillment may take several weeks, so we kindly ask for your patience!
We try to respond to emails as soon as possible, but you will definitely receive a reply within 8 working days. This may take longer only in rare cases when your request is very specific and the colleague responsible for it is unavailable. We respond to emails from Monday to Friday, so emails sent on other days will be answered on Monday at the earliest.
